After having a negative encounter at the dentist as a child, I now have a fear of dentists. Prior to my dental appointment i had a migraine and came in to the office scared, tired and afraid that another migraine will come on during my appointment. Thank God for no migraines and for the very professional and caring dental hygienest. Her mannerisms and calm voice soothed and relaxed me. In my eyes she was an angel in disguise. They offer flexible schedule and are very forthcoming with insurance plans and payments. During my treatment the dental assistant and Dr were so kind and personable. Trusted Dental care really stood up to it’s name and by that I mean you can really trust Dr. G and his staff and you really are in good hands from the moment you are greeted at the door by the beautiful and classy Fabby to the moment you are seated in the dental chair with Dr G and his very professional staff. My teeth were rotting do to years of me putting off my dental health because I’m stay at home mother to a child with numerous disabilities. I put his health before my own and spent years living in the hospital with my son to keep him alive and I was too embarrassed for anyone to see how bad I let my dental problems get due to the way I was having to be on the go and not have access to my oral hygiene products. However, Dr G spoke to me with concern but he was very polite about it and took his time to go into the details and explain what needed to be done. Him and his dental hygienists were able to save my teeth from requiring dental implants. I’m 34 and the thought of having dental implants was making my mental health and confidence decline. I became very depressed until Dr G and his staff gave my teeth a chance and came up with a plan to help save them. I left his office with more hope and confidence than I have had in the past 13 years. I remember joking with the dental hygienist about how sorry I was that she had to see the inside of my mouth and how horrid it was but she politely told me it was even bad and how my teeth were beautiful and white. She doesn’t know how much that meant to me. She didn’t know my story and how I spent years basically living in the hospital with my son and neglecting my dental hygiene or having to make due with what I had and how bad it has effected my mental health and she still took the time to be kind to a stranger. Fabby at the front desk really makes you feel good about yourself as well. She truly cares about people and it shows. Dr G told me he doesn’t do anything to anyone that he wouldn’t do to his own family members and he stood by that saying and proved it to be true. He was very honest and didn’t want to put a crown over one of my rotting teeth because it could effect my health and I respect that about him. He isn’t in it for just a pay check like a lot of dentists and doctors. Him and his staff really care about people. I had a lot of dental work by him and his team in just a month and I had zero pain following each procedure. In fact I even had a complicated tooth extraction done (the tooth was already cracked making it complicated) but he did it with ease and I have had zero pain following the procedure. I am taking the time to write this review in details because that’s why Dr G and his entire staff did for me. They took their time explaining stuff in a way that I would understand and I can not thank them enough. When I came into his office I was literally on the verge of just having my teeth pulled and getting dental implants as I stated before because without dental insurance and with my periodontist disease it’s so expensive to keep what teeth I have left but Dr G gave me hope and came up with a treatment plan designed for my teeth and their specific need. They are also super good at understanding how tooth infections and pain needs to be addressed at a timely manner and work really hard to schedule you in right when you need to be seen. They also offer a treatment plan for people without insurance which I have never seen dental or health care professionals do before. They really are in this business to help people and I don’t say that lightly. With my son being special needs I have seen and talked with a lot of different types of doctors and I can tell when people are in it for the people and not the money and I can confidentially say Dr G and his staff are in it for the people!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
