Trusted Dental’s office is top notch and first class. Greeted and began the appointment almost immediately after arriving. I’ll admit I’m anxious with dental treatments and its’s not my favorite place to be! Jessica was fantastic in the initial visit, scans and prep prior to Dr G. He walked through the problem area with me as well and discussed my dental health in general. Trusted Dental referred me to a root canal specialist and then I’ll be back for a crown and cleaning etc. For a guy who has avoided the dentist trip for far too long, I’m not anxious about returning. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a great experience.

Trusted Dental was recommended to me by my dental insurance. When I went in it was extremely clean, everyone was wearing masks, they were so happy, even celebrating someone’s birthday with balloons and happy birthday banners were hung around the office. Trusted Dental is also eco friendly providing dry erase paperwork to fill out in order to reduce the use of paper. The wait was maybe 1-2min after I was done filling everything out. Everyone was so gentle that I felt extremely comfortable and safe. They talked me through what they were going to use on me and made sure I was okay throughout the entire process. I was able to watch Netflix while I waited for the images and X-rays to be uploaded. They use top of the line equipment which made the entire process of getting my teeth cleaned not nearly as painful as it has been in the past. Highly recommend this office! I’ll be having all of my family go here from now on. Thank you Trusted Dental for an amazing experience! Update: I can’t thank the staff enough for such an amazing experience every time I come here and everyone is so happy. You can tell when the employees are taken care of you will be too. I just went in for my routine cleaning, had to wait maybe 1 minute and was called back. The cleaning wasn’t painful at all and she kept checking to make sure I was okay. I had my makeup done and she was careful not to spray water everywhere which I greatly appreciate. I look forward going here because I know it’s a clean, happy, stress free experience.

The service starts in the reception area. I was greeted with a smile and was provided very attentive care during check-in. Excellent customer service! The office is very modern-yet comfortable. During my treatment, after neglecting my dental health for years, Dr. G and the team provided me with a thorough check-up and have helped me to get my dental health back on track. The team uses state of the art technology that provides a comprehensive view of your dental health. As new residents to Wylie, my husband and I have found our dentist. Update! 9/2022 Recently, I completed teeth straightening and I have to say… I’m smiling a lot bigger these days! Consistent services and excellent dental care. I love that they know who I am when I walk in even when new employees are up front. That’s a nice bonus.

I have been a reoccurring patient at Trusted Dental since they have first opened. What keeps me coming back is the awesome staff, customer service and of course the awesome Dr. G! I also bring both my kids here and do an awesome job ensuring they have great care.

This is an amazing place to get any type of cleaning and tooth removal. I have been here since it first started and I got tooth fillings, cleaning, and removal. Never had any problem and they give amazing advice on how to take care of your teeth. I 110% recommend.

We were so relieved to find Dr. G and his staff. We were looking for Saliva testing for HPV 16 risk. This office is one of the few if any that will help with this testing. It’s imperative for those over 40 because of the risk factors for HPV16 head and neck cancer. Please contact their office to get checked and take control of your oral health with saliva risk testing.

Went in to have a couple teeth extracted, staff and the doctor were top notch. Came in a bit earlier than my scheduled time and was in and out in under 30mins. I had an extraction done at an office years ago that a family member worked at, and that experience took 3 hrs(+ a 30 minute wait time) and multiple rounds of shots throughout the ordeal because the aneasthesia kept wearing off. At Trusted, they had me in and out so fast I was able to go home, do some chores, watch a show, and take a nap before it finally wore off. 10/10 would recommend!

Today I had a temporary crown placement and Dr. G and his staff were amazing as always. They worked with my very challenging work schedule to get me in and always treat me like a VIP. by far the best place to go for dental office. huge shout out to marian the hygienist she always goes above and beyond to make sure i am comfortable and at ease when i’m getting my cleaning done due to having really bad dental anxiety. She is the only one i trust to do my cleanings and she does them great !!!

This dentist is by far the most phenomenal dentist I have ever been too! I’ve had some pretty bad experiences while I was serving in the military and have high anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. G was very personal and walked me through every step of the way everything was carefully explained to me while also using state of the art equipment. The staff is also very kind and attentive while taking care of me the moment I walked through the door. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone that reads this.

They are always so caring and soft spoken. Even if you aren’t always capable of doing everything right away, they don’t treat you as if your neglecting dental health on purpose. The dental assistant is very compassionate and ask about my family life. Im thankful for that as my family life does effect choices I make. I just hope I can proceed on and be diligent to stick with the knowledgeable plan they created. I kinda don’t want to disappoint them now and make their hard work be in vein.???? I’m a fellow dentist and have know Dr G for now over 10 years. I wanted to write this review coming from a colleague’s perspective. There are overwhelmingly a lot of dentists out there and it could be hard to find a good dentist that you could trust and really have your teeth worked on. The minimum requirement to sustain dental license is to take about 20 hours of Continuing education courses a year. More than half of the dentists out there would barely get by taking those hours. Dr G is so passionate about dentistry and always strives to be at the forefront of this industry. He takes over 100 hours a year and always strives to be the best at what he does. I can go on an on about reasons to visit him, I’d give him a call and meet Dr G to see why this office is different from others.

As a fellow dentist I can attest Dr. Gebrehiwot is a perfectionist, constantly learning to better himself so he can provide optimum care for his patients, from implants to esthetic dental work. He is ethical and kind. I have known Dr. G from our days studying Electrical Engineering 20 years ago. He always gives 100% to what he does wether it is engineering or dentistry. I would recommend Dr. G to anyone living in Wylie area and beyond.
